  • Sub-Mortgage broker license required

  • Meet clients
  • Properly package and submit to lenders
  • Deal with lenders
  • Read credit bureau’s
  • Organize files
  • Forward supporting and closing documents
  • Help with basic assistant work
  • Fluent in English – Additional languages a bonus
