Annual Mortgage Review

In 2011, we increased our client’s net-worth over $500,000 from our Annual Mortgage Review Process

Each year we now provide this free service to our existing clients as a value added service. If you are not an existing client, we are happy to provide this service if you would like.

We will use all the information we collect to make sure your mortgage / portfolio is optimized and your potential savings are maximized. Once complete, you will receive an annual review report showing your mortgage / total debt balance at term completion with current path and potential mortgage / total debt balance with our suggestions.

We will also introduce you to the Inflation Hedge Strategy that protects you from raising interest rates and prepares you for payment shock at renewal. These numbers will also be provided in your Annual Review Report.

The below details are required for us to property assess your situation:

- Addresses of currently owned real estate
- Original mortgage balance(s) *start of term
- Current lender(s)
- Interest rate of mortgage(s)
- Renewal date of mortgage(s)
- Payment frequency (bi-weekly, monthly, etc)
- Have you done any pre-payments?
- Rough balance of current debts / liabilities with interest rate charged
* Example: 20k credit cards at 19%
* 10k LOC (line of credit) at 8%
- Current property assessment(s)
- Currently working with a financial advisor?
- Mortgage or life insurance?
- Do you have an accountant?
- Are you currently happy with your situation?
- Have you heard of Payment Shock?
- What are your goals for your principle residence and real estate portfolio in general over the next 3-5 years? For example:
