During Traci’s career in the Real Estate industry, she has handled pretty much every possible angle. Traci managed a large MIC (Mortgage Investment Corporation) fund, managed up to thirteen mortgage brokers with training and underwriting, was a mortgage broker herself with full AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional), handled in-house underwriting for a busy office and was responsible for accounting and pay roll. Traci is fully licensed as a mortgage broker but works exclusively as an assistant and underwriter for the team. She specializes in private financing but enjoys working with our A clients.
